We’re not perfect, but Sergio tries to make us perfect, every day. You can also call Sergio if you have a question outside of QC and he’ll take care of you! Sergio is married and has 1 child. Foam Superintendent & EstimatorFoam shapes have become a major component in what we do. Cervando is the man amongst boys when it comes to getting the foam done right the first time. Foam installation has a very small window ( between brown coat & color) and it takes someone as organized as Cervando to recognize problems and come up with solutions that don’t slow your jobsite down and make all the different shapes work together on your jobsite. He figures out what you need, orders everything himself, and delivers on time, all the time. Need something in a hurry? You can always call Cervando and he’ll take care of you. Cervando has been married 19 years and has 4 children. In his spare time, he enjoys family outings, baseball with his boys, and the Angels.
Gun & Color SuperintendentTony handles the “horses” for Joseph Holt Plastering. He schedules all the gun crews, color crews, and customer service. He makes sure the dates you need are the dates you get when it comes to scratch, brown and color. With over $300,000 worth of equipment at his disposal, Tony takes care of business – sometimes 7 days a week. Need more crews?? Tony is well connected in our industry that with a couple of calls, he can double (or triple) our workforce with quality men and equipment. Tony (like all our team) is totally dedicated to a quality job. Yes, schedules are important, but nobody remembers the schedule if the work looks ugly. Tony isn’t happy until you’re happy. Tony has been married for 13 years and has 4 children. In his spare time, he enjoys family outings, especially where he gets to play with his off road toys in the desert.
